Great food! Amazing service, the owner and staff made sure we had an amazing experience. Very gracious portions. We had our family lunch after graduation today and we could not have asked for a better place. Definitely gonna have to make the drive just to visit again.

After hearing a rave review from an acquaintance, my husband and I decided to try out the all new Booth's BBQ on my lunch break. The brisket just fell apart and melted in your mouth. It is the best brisket that I've had in my lifetime! My husband loved the mac and cheese along with his ribs. The pecan cobbler a la mode was so tasty. It was still warm when I paired it with my ice cream! So good! Can't wait to go back!

Outstanding all the way around. Had the brisket, ribs, crawfish, cole slaw and jalapeno mac. Everything was on point and full of flavor. Didnt even try the sauce because the meat was so good. Will definitely be back.

Delicious food, super friendly staff, and such a fun and relaxing atmosphere! I absolutely love the small playground for the kids! 10/10 recommend! As of March 2022 they are training a new staff so the food has changed a bit (taste wise) and its a bit slow. Still a great place to visit every once in a while.

## Booth's Barbeque: A Taste of Texas in Oxford **Booth's Barbeque** in Oxford, Mississippi, is a must-visit for any barbecue enthusiast. This authentic Texas-style joint delivers on flavor, atmosphere, and Southern hospitality. I recently had the pleasure of indulging in their pulled pork sandwich, which was a masterpiece. The pork was tender and juicy, with a smoky flavor that was simply divine. The homemade coleslaw added a refreshing crunch, while the baked beans were rich and hearty. To round out the meal, we also enjoyed potato salad, creamy mac-and-cheese, and a delectable apple cobbler. Every bite was a flavor explosion, showcasing the skill and passion of the chefs. The restaurant's lively atmosphere, filled with Ole Miss students, added to the overall experience. It's the perfect place to soak up the college town vibe and enjoy a delicious meal. If you're ever in Oxford, be sure to stop by Booth's Barbeque and experience the true taste of Texas. Hotty Toddy!

Do not judge Booth’s by any previous experiences when this place was called Lamar Yard. I gave Booth’s a chance a few months ago upon learning of the change in ownership and revamped menu, etc. and it has become a go-to for me. I eat here at least once a week, and the food and overall management has steadily improved since they reopened, which is how it should be. My usual is the sliced brisket (moist) plate. The brisket is outstanding and holds up quite well to high quality Texas BBQ I’ve had in Austin, Dallas, etc. The slaw is very good, as is the jalapeno Mac’n cheese. Potato salad is solid. Mexican rice is good. I’ve not had the beans. My only real complaint is the cornbread muffins aren’t very good (too dry and dense), so I just don’t order bread here. Would suggest coming up with a better bread option like buttered and grilled Texas toast or just a better version of cornbread perhaps.

We were driving home to Birmingham after a weekend trip to Clarksdale, MS and saw a billboard for Booth’s BBQ. My husband loves to check out barbeque restaurants whenever we are on the road, so knew we had to make the stop after seeing the billboard. As soon as we walked in the door, the staff were very welcoming asking if it was our first time coming in. They explained the cafeteria style walk through to select your sides , along with explaining the plates available and the turkey not listed on the menu, (which I would love to try on another visit). The jalapeno Mac and Cheese has a nice subtle kick to it, not too hot at all so don’t be scared to try. The beans unfortunately for me didn’t impress. A little too sweet for my liking and despite being able to see opinions, peppers, and meat in the beans, they had little flavor to the other than the sweetness, which was very odd. Now to the main event, that brisket. We went with the lean and let me tell you it was soooo good! You can taste the smoke in the meat, the onions and pickle add a nice addition with the sauce. There are 3 sauces on the table in a yellow, red, and brown squeeze bottle. You’re at your own to test these out, no labels or guidance on what the flavors are, however I did try one that had a little kick to it that I really liked. We had the blackberry cobbler for dessert, not very impressive. There wasn’t a lot of flavor to this, the crust being a little over cooked. Overall, would definitely recommend and hope I have an opportunity to travel through again to make a stop.

I recently visited Booth’s BBQ in Oxford, and overall, it was a great experience! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I tried a variety of dishes, and everything was good. The sides were great, especially the coleslaw, which was fresh and flavorful. The brisket, however, didn’t quite hit the mark for me. It might just be my picky taste, as I’m particular about my brisket. That said, the flavors were still enjoyable, and I can’t wait to try the pulled pork next time. Booth’s BBQ is definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!
